The decade is back when you can bring out the old silhouettes to replace your skinnies. Everything you needed to bring back from your '70s closet is in here.
1. Wide-leg pants:
The wide leg silhouette is back and how. Denims, jumpsuits, cotton and other pants are all taking the wide route. Even in Indian wear, churidaars are a thing of the past, instead make way for palazzos wider straight pants with long kurtas.
2. Denim on denim:
Unlearn everything you've learnt about not pairing denim with denim because this season you can mix denims in varied washes and hues. Tie an over sized denim shirt with shorts or sport a denim romper or wear a denim shirt with flared denims, the choice is yours.
3. Cropped pants:
Ankle length pants or capris are just the thing you need for the monsoons. They are comfortable and casual invest in a bright shade to step into the monsoon merrily. Cropped jeans have a tendency of making you look shorter. Throw on your favourite wedges to counteract this. Make your own cropped pants. Simply cut a pair of super-skinny jeans that you want to convert into cropped pants and simply cuff them and roll them up a bit. Easy and inexpensive!
