Lately, I've been very inspired by modestly dressed bloggers from the Middle East. I'm drawn to these hijabistas because they create a balance between their style and belief without losing touch with today's world. It reminds me of this wonderful quote I read, "The clothes you wear reflect the things that are hidden deep inside of you. They’re a statement about something close to your world. The past year in Muscat has certainly inspired and influenced my style. I'm drawn to unique silhouettes, luxe fabrics and stylish layers. I love finding local designers and boutiques because they pay extra attention to details, comfort and aren't massed produced.
