Personal shopper and now designer Varsha Bhawnani presents her line of really exclusive and fun fashion at her Bandra store. Her store caters to people who like standing out with their fashion. We came away with five clear trends that you should be watching out for:

1.Vests: 

They are making a comeback in a fun and colourful avatar. While jackets can easily become overwhelming (and warm in the Mumbai weather), vests can be used for layering without adding bulk. Button it up for a formal event or simply throw on over a maxi dress for colour and character.

2. Bling bottoms:

 As we come closed to the year end, one always spots a sudden rise in sequinned clothes. This season the trend is clearly in favour of blingy bottoms in short scalloped shorts and tiny skirts. Sequins, rhinestones and embroideries must be kept in mind for bottom wear.

3. Detailing:

 Keep your eyes open for little details like collars, fun printed linings in jackets and dresses and quirky buttons. This is what sets apart your basic white shirt or a solid blazer.

4. Statement pants: 

This season has seen the most variation in pant styles we think. From wide leg palazzos to dhoti and harem styles, find one pair of statement pants at least to fit your body shape.

5. Eat fashionable: 

Earlier cafes and books were a growing culture that has slowly extended to fashion as well. Looking good and feeling good about yourself go hand in hand hence eating right is the new way to stay fashionable.
