We both were in the mood to experiment and wore some really fun looks for a casual meeting at Phoenix Mills today.
Romper, Fashion Street| shoes & blazer, Zara| bag, Pax| bracelets, Accessorize| brooch, Claires| watch, Guess
- Sonu's romper is the newest style doing the rounds internationally. Keep a look out for this wide leg, skorts style when you are out shopping.
- The perfect way to add character to a monotone outfit is by using pops of colour. It can be with your bag, your shoes, a blazer or simply your nailpaint too. Sonu did most of these but a great tip is to invest in leopard print accessories. The animal print quickly adds drama to any outfit.
- If you are blessed with the typical Indian figure with big hips and a thin waist then you want to wear a cropped blazer as opposed to a boyfriend style, this accentuates the waist and doesn't add bulk to the hips.
- See more cropped blazer looks here, here and here.
Jasleen's look:
Pants, Kazo| top, Zara| mojris, Chandigarh| necklace, Blur|
bracelet, Curio Cottage| bag, c/o Calvin Klein| lip colour, Heat
Wave from Nars
- Most people think that you have to always wear tight and loose together. That's not entirely true. Jasleen mixed two loose silhouettes together. By just unevenly tucking in the top, it adds shape to the body but also lets the problem areas breathe.
- While wearing a loose and loose silhouette together you can use belts to add definition to your body. If you have a thin waist, cinch your belt there, if you have a thick midriff, wear the belt on your hip bone.
- It's always tempting to add chic accessories to your western outfits but how about taking a different route with ethnic/Indian accessories? Like Jasleen wears her look with mojris, an Indian bracelet and a tribal inspired necklace.
- See more looks with the same pants here and here.

You've inspired me to wear a red blazer tomorrow - thanks for that girls! :)
