Smoked chicken sausages, Jasmine tea and a cup of cappuccino started our Saturday meeting at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The one good thing about the dreaded rains is that it makes enjoying a cup of coffee or tea so much easier. It feels fun and philosophical at the same time. On a side note, neither of us have shopped this month. We need an outlet. Soon.

- Not many people like ripped jeans and mistake it to be way to casual. But worn with the right dressy accessories, you can wear them almost anywhere.
- In India, we're very luck to have nukkad ke tailors so utilise them to turn fabrics into dresses, jackets or shorts.
- Wear your ripped jeans with high heels and a sequined tank for the night. It's sexy.

- Wear baggy comfortable styles and cinch them at your waist or under a waist to create shape.
- High waisted styles may be for taller women but with a pair of block heels or wedges, anyone can carry them off.
- Throwing a boyfriend blazer on top can instantly spell chic formal for most of the outfits.
